Job Summary: The Transition Coach is responsible for assisting in the onboarding, transition and development of newly hired production Team Members who are French or Swahili speaking by acting as a liaison between our Operations Team, support departments and the Team Member. This position will monitor the progress of our newly hired Team Members, helping them assimilate when necessary and to provide assistance in training, onboarding, and the overall execution of their daily assigned tasks. This position will also assist in the development and implementation of on the Job training process and procedures. This position may also be utilized as a translator for the hiring, new hire orientation and onboarding processes as necessary.
